- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Faulty or damaged items (any time)
Exchange Only
- Embroidered items (can exchange for different size)
- Items with school logo intact
- Unworn condition required
Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed
- Items returned after 30 days (unless faulty)
- Embroidered items for refund (exchange only)

Go to "My Orders" and find the order you want to return.

Choose which items you want to return and select a reason.

Download and print the prepaid returns label.

Drop off your parcel
Take your parcel to any Post Office or drop-off point.
